Using Service Manager, Orchestrator and a touch of PowerShell, you can automate any Lync or Citrix task in your environment.

Description:

Microsoft Lync and Citrix XenApp are two very popular enterprise solutions, however, there are currently no free Integration Packs for Orchestrator. This is not a problem, you can still automate just about any task in either product with a little help from PowerShell. With Orchestrator and PowerShell you can create runbooks for your IT Staff to automate everyday tasks like adding a user in Lync or removing all idle or disconnected Citrix sessions. Add Service manager to the mix and you can now offer fully automated Self-Service solutions to your end users where they can perform requests like having their Citrix session be disconnected
